The conditions below apply to all sales made on the Pure Saffron site.

 

Availability of items

All online orders are prepared and served from our storefront in Ste-Christine d’Auvergne. Pure Saffron cannot however guarantee the delivery times displayed considering weekends and holidays during which Canada Post services are not effective.

Price

All prices displayed on the Pure Saffron website (https://www.pursafran.com/en) are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping, taxes and shipping costs will be shown in your basket at all times. The purchase amount is payable in full and in a single installment at the time of ordering, except for certain products which offer the possibility of paying in installments. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated for Canada, for any delivery outside of Canada, please contact us by email or phone. Any customs charges and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders placed on the Pure Saffron website (https://www.pursafran.com/en) must be paid by credit card (via Paypal) or Interac transfer.

Shipping policy

General Information

Orders are subject to inventory availability. If an item’s inventory is depleted by the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the item to you, using the original payment method.

 

Delivery locations

At this time, our products on our website are only sold and shipped to addresses in Canada. If you live outside of Canada you can contact us through the Contact Us page of our website.

 

Delivery time

A delay of 1 to 2 working days for a delivery Canada Post – Expedited. A delay of 3 to 5 working days for a delivery Canada Post – Regular. Delivery times are only estimates and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. The delivery date may vary depending on the courier company’s shipping practices, location of delivery, method of delivery and items ordered.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping costs cover the cost of preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are established according to the place of delivery. Additional charges may apply for shipping large or heavy items or to remote areas. You will be informed of these charges, if applicable, we will contact you by phone or email. Sales tax is charged based on the province or territory where the item is shipped. Orders with a total amount of $ 300 or more before taxes will automatically receive free shipping.
