Pink, cardamom & chia pudding

INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup of cream (your choice… but we love the 35% organic one)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (it can be less, it can be more!)
- 1 Tablespoon of Florae organic wild rose water (that too, it can be more… too good!)
- 1/4 or 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- Red coloring (optional)
- Crushed pistachios and rose petals for serving
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients except the pistachios and rose petals.
- Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator to thicken (at least 30 minutes, ideally a few hours).
- Add a few pistachios and petals when serving.
- Enjoy!
The pudding will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days.
